These terms apply to use of Millow Melbourne at sofiaelenavalencia.es and purchases made through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

1. Products and information

We aim to describe products, sizes, colours, availability and pricing accurately. Screen colours may differ from actual colours. If a material error occurs, we will contact you and deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.

2. Prices and payment

The applicable product price, currency, taxes (where charged) and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Payment options depend on what is available at checkout. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion charges if applicable.

3. Order fulfilment and delivery

An automated order acknowledgement does not remove your consumer rights. We may contact you about address, payment or stock issues and provide lawful remedies where necessary. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information. Some items may ship from international fulfilment partners.

4. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Australian customers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that fail consumer guarantees. Our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind policy is separate from these rights.

5. Intellectual property

Payment, delivery, tracking and other features may be supplied by third parties subject to their applicable terms. We do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
