What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an eligible change-of-mind return or exchange. Return shipping for wrong-size orders is paid by the customer. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

How do I request a refund?

For voluntary returns, contact info@millowmelbourne.com within 30 days of delivery and wait for return instructions. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Australian Consumer Law remedies apply separately.

Our usual estimated delivery period is 10–15 calendar days from order confirmation, including processing. Tracking will be sent when available. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
